SHIPPING
All domestic (U.S.) orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. The shipping rate is $18 per order, which will be calculated into the final cost. Please contact us for international rates and expedited shipping options.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at MERE take great pride in the quality and design of our unique handbags and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly make all efforts to help you with an exchange if you are not happy with an item(s). You may return or exchange the merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of the handbag. All sale and discounted items are final and are subject to our inspection.
Return
We will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges, typically within 48 hours of receipt of returned item.
Exchange
Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by FedEx or UPS ground at no additional cost.

• Pack the bag securely in the original package if possible and include the Return Form (click here). A refund will not be given on items returned in poor condition due to inappropriate packaging and shipping.

CANCELED ORDERS
We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order resulting in the entry of incorrect payment information due to typographical error. In addition, we may have to cancel an order if the item requested is out-of-stock or discontinued. If your payment is debited from your account and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your PayPal account in the amount charged immediately.
